This project, located in the Free Zone at the entrance to Kragujevac, spans 26 thousand square meters of production facilities, including an impressive administrative block, ancillary buildings, and warehouses for materials and raw materials. Out of the total area, over 3,000 square meters are dedicated to office space, organized on three floors, with all modern amenities defining a modern factory, such as laboratories and comfortable canteens for workers.

With its efficiency and dedication, KOTO LTD has set a high standard in construction, enabling the creation of this modern production facility with accompanying administrative spaces, laboratories, employee canteens, and all necessary facilities for the essential conduct of production processes. With exceptional speed and attention to detail, the result is a space where around 800 people will work, designed to meet all the demands of modern business.
