TC Rajićeva

The Rajićeva shopping center is an impressive project that was realized thanks to the company ABD LTD, which is based on the foundation of the Ashtrom Group. Ashtrom Group, founded in 1963, is one of the leading and largest construction companies and real estate trading groups in Israel that has successfully built many significant and complex projects around the world.
The Rajićeva shopping center, which was opened on September 14, 2017, is located in the very heart of Belgrade, at Knez Mihailova street number 54. Spread over an area of 15,300 square meters, this center includes more than 80 stores and 450 underground parking spaces distributed on three levels. The structure of the shopping center includes ground floor, basements, and an additional three floors, with the top floor dedicated specifically to children’s offerings.
In addition to leading global brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Scotch&Soda, Levis, Timberland, Pandora, Calvin Klein Jeans, Armani Exchange, and many others, this shopping center also offers all necessary service units, including a supermarket, pharmacies, mobile operators, clothing, household goods, and electronics.

The progress of this project includes the creative redesign of the space of the former depot of the Belgrade City Library. With the construction of TC Rajićeva, the space of the library depot expanded on the underground levels, covering approximately 1,600 square meters, and an underground connection to the library space was provided on a lower level. There is also an independent entrance from Knez Mihailova Street, further facilitating access.

KOTO LTD actively participated in the realization of this significant project. Our contribution includes performing concrete works for the shopping center and hotel, precise construction of reinforced concrete structure and masonry works on the underground segments of building A and building B, with additional plastering services. Additionally, KOTO LTD carried out reinforced concrete works and significantly contributed to the transformation of Rimska Street within this multi-purpose hotel-business complex. With our expertise and dedication, KOTO LTD successfully contributed to this impressive project.
