ZEMUN GATES settlement

For the Serbian Construction Directorate, KOTO LTD performed works on the residential- commercial complex “Zemunske kapije” on the site of the former Aleksa Dundić barracks in Zemun. On an area of ​​over 6 hectares, we built buildings C, D, and E. Our role included preparatory works, preparation of missing substrates, preparation of technical documentation, as well as construction works on the mentioned buildings, nearby roads, infrastructure, and landscaping. Additionally, we built an underground garage and a modular-demountable “showroom” building on a turnkey basis.

The result of our collaboration is the creation of first-class and modern residential buildings with accompanying facilities necessary for quality living.
