CROATIAN PARLIAMENT

The building of the Croatian Parliament on St. Mark’s Square in Zagreb was constructed in several phases — from the original Baroque palace built after the fire of 1731, through extensions in the 19th century, to the major reconstruction at the beginning of the 20th century, which gave the building its present Neo-Classical and Secession-style façade.

Comprehensive restoration work on the Croatian Parliament building began at the end of 2024. The project is financed by the European Union Solidarity Fund (EUSF) 2021.

Our company is carrying out the reconstruction of all parts of the building’s façade.

The first phase of our work began in August 2025, including all technical surveys, as well as extensive conservation and restoration works on the main, western façade — thereby establishing a solid foundation for future restoration works.
