EUROMEDIC - Palace of Byzantium

Euromedic started the construction of a residential and commercial building in Dragoslava Srejovića Street in Palilula - Health facilities, commercial facilities and 154 apartments, with a net area of 25,700 m².

The plot on which the building will be located has almost 5,000 square meters, and is surrounded by the streets of Metropolitan Petar, Dragoslav Srejović, Mija Kovačević and Čarlin Čaplin.

The building would have 3 floors + 3 floors + 9 + floors, and it will be built on the place where the building planned for demolition is now located. On the ground floor, commercial facilities are planned, while on the first and second floors, and in part of floor -1, the facilities of a health care facility are planned. They foresee a total of 154 apartments from the third to the withdrawn floor.

Parking is in the underground floors, namely:

1. 63 PM on floor -1 intended for a health facility, of which 10% are intended for persons with disabilities;
2. 172 PM on floors -2 and -3 intended for housing, of which 5% are for people with disabilities;
3. 45 PM for business premises on the ground floor, of which 5% are available for people with disabilities. There are also places for bicycles and electric scooters in the garage.

Vehicle access to the lot is in the left corner of the lot. That road splits into a 5% ramp that leads to the underground floors and a 10% ramp that leads to the internal road. The exit from the internal road is in the right part of the lot, where the exit from the garage is also located.
Pedestrian access to the building is provided via the ground floor and is located in the middle of the plot.
