Hotel Bristol
Hotel Bristol, originally constructed as the building of the Insurance and Credit Society of Belgrade Cooperative, is the work of the renowned architect Nikola Nestorović. Built between 1910 and 1912, with elements of Art Nouveau depicted through rich facade ornamentation, it represented one of the first large modern hotels in Belgrade.
The reconstruction of the Hotel Bristol included extensive work on the structure, architectural conversion of functional units accompanied by modern installation systems that meet the requirements of contemporary hotel management. The project envisaged phased implementation, starting from demolition works, through strengthening of the structure, to the completion of interior finishing works. Concurrently with the works inside the building, restoration works on the facade are planned to preserve the original facade architecture and restore the building to its original splendor.
