Residential building

KOTO LTD is particularly proud of its involvement in the construction project of a collective housing residential building built as part of the permanent integration project for displaced persons in the Republic of Serbia, financed by the Council of Europe Development Bank. The facility in Lazarevac was built on a “Design and Build - Turnkey” basis, meaning that KOTO LTD was responsible for all project phases.

KOTO DOO successfully completed the project and constructed a building with a net usable area of 2,090 m² with all accompanying infrastructure, landscaping, and amenities necessary for a pleasant and safe stay for residents. The residential building in Lazarevac has become home to dozens of displaced persons who have been permanently resettled in this way.
