Monument to the Fallen Soldiers

Conservation and restoration works on existing concrete elements – RC columns. The works include the repair of damaged parts of the RC elements using repair mortars, as well as cleaning and harmonizing the concrete surface in accordance with the surrounding surfaces. Cleaning and surface preparation are carried out using minimally invasive mechanical methods, including grinding and brushing. This is followed by retouching of all chromatically inconsistent repair patches, applying a gradual build-up of tone to achieve visual integration while preserving the authenticity of the material.
