The company KOTO LTD was founded in 1992 as a Business entity for construction, renovation, and reconstruction of buildings, KOTO LTD Belgrade has been operating since 1999 at the address Vojvode Stepe 466, Belgrade. The founder and owner of the Company is Zlatan Tomić. The predominant activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings (activity code 41.20). As part of the total organization of the company KOTO in the region, the following were founded:
  • Branch in Montenegro, KOTO DSD - PODGORICA with headquarters at Karađorđeva 6/1, activity code 41.20
  • Business Unit in the Republic of Srpska, KOTO LTD - Belgrade, Business Unit Banja Luka, with headquarters at Gundulićeva 102, activity code 41.20
  • KOTO LTD - BANJA LUKA with headquarters at Branka Popovića 24a, activity code 41.20
  • KOTO EUROPE DOO - Zagreb, Croatia with headquarters at Slavonska avenija 1B, activity code 41.20
The organizational structure of KOTO is based on a focused and modern corporate center where continuous development trends and competence expansion, both personal and corporate, are accomplished by over 150 employees on permanent and fixed-term contracts, organizationally distributed in specialized sectors and services. Organizationally, KOTO has defined a process-based, horizontal, cross-functional organizational structure, based on communication, decentralization, coordination, and teamwork. The applied shallow organizational model involves an optimized number of management levels, managers, and employees. With this organization, KOTO has achieved great flexibility and complete organizational agility, for which it is recognized in the market.
