The subject of the works is the reconstruction and extension of the building of the Serbian Orthodox Church and the adaptation of the attic space to the existing purpose, with a floor area of part Pr+1 and part Po+Pr+1+Pk.
Shodno zatečenom postojećem objektu, te lokaciji koja predstavlja kulturno, istorijsko i ekonomsko jezgro grada Novog Sada, izvođenju se pristupilo sa posebnim osvrtom na pripremne radove, prilikom kojih su ispoštovane sve mere zaštite propisane od strane nadležnih institucija.

Also, for the purposes of reconstruction, works were carried out on the construction of the facade wall, reinforced concrete works, works on the security and dismantling of certain parts of the building, and all other necessary works on the extension of the building according to the adopted project.

Considering the locality and the purpose of the building, the works were carried out in constant correlation with the competent archaeologists, with whom joint archaeological excavations were carried out in a certain period.
