Dr. Ivan Ribara

Dr. Ivan Ribar is a neighborhood located in New Belgrade consisting of blocks 71 and 72. Construction of these blocks began in the late 1980s. This area was previously prohibited from construction due to the high noise levels from airplanes using the Nikola Tesla Airport, but this plan was changed, allowing for the construction of these blocks.

The neighborhood is quiet, modern, and well-maintained, with underground garages in the newer part of Block 72. The neighborhood features parks with green areas, a gym and shooting range in Block 71, a café and billiards club, as well as several retail and craft shops. The Sava embankment stretches for 18 kilometers, connecting the neighborhood with other blocks. There are running and biking lanes on the embankment, and the promenade is suitable for walking, fishing, enjoying nature, or spending time on one of the rafts. In the immediate vicinity of the neighborhood, there are numerous retail chains, two primary schools, and many other facilities.

The implementation of this project involves construction works on residential building 1 located on Dr. Ivan Ribar Street in New Belgrade.
