Stepa Stepanović settlement

KOTO LTD was engaged by the client in the construction of wing 1 buildings 3A and 4E, as well as wing 4 of building 2E at the location of the Stepa Stepanović barracks complex in Belgrade.

The specificity of this project lies in the transformation of the barracks space into a modern residential settlement with all accompanying amenities. KOTO LTD takes pride in contributing to the construction of a settlement that has become home to approximately 13,000 residents.
